Hooters eyes Turkey for expansion. -based restaurant chain known for its attractive waitresses, is planning to expand to Turkey, India and Japan, the Wall Street Journal has reported. In an expansion plan announced Thursday, Hooters said it aims to increase its new restaurant locations by 15 percent to 20 percent annually for the next several years.
